CloveHitch Capital Fund LLC is a new private equity fund that will invest across a broad spectrum of industries in primarily early-stage, privately owned companies. This investment strategy is designed to provide meaningful exposure to smaller-sized, difficult-to-access investments. CloveHitch will have a long-term investment horizon, which Management believes will facilitate investments in illiquid securities across stage, strategy, sector and, eventually, vintage year, thus providing a diversified and disciplined portfolio allocation. CloveHitch will also seek international investments where Management can combine strategic and financial investment discipline with local "on the ground" partners that have extensive operating experience.

CloveHitch will be nimble, adapting its investment strategies from time to time in order to take advantage of market opportunities particular to specific economic conditions.
