Who We Are

CloveHitch Capital Fund is a newly-formed fund headquartered in New York City. CloveHitch will invest across a broad spectrum of industries providing venture capital primarily to early-stage, privately owned companies in the U.S. and overseas, when appropriate.

Investment Criteria

CloveHitch anticipates focusing on investments in early-stage, privately-held companies based in the United States, in a broad range of industries. We may invest internationally as well.

The fund will seek out operating businesses and partner with proven management teams with a track record of success. Initial investments will usually be in the range of $250,000 - $750,000. CloveHitch will normally invest a maximum of $1,500,000 in any single company unless circumstances dictate otherwise.
